OSP on-site from Lieu dit MORANDIERE (Not L'Amourandière) open 3,420 km OSP now doing OTDR testing from the other chamber enclosure to further isolate. Work to locate the fiber-cut in progress.

OSP completed another OTDR at location call BPE-A55. Open at 811 meters. A tranch was done by a construction company at the cut location.

OSP located a Construction site, 1,500 meters long. A Mechanical equipment cut our fiber cable while doing a tranch. The fiber-cut is not apparent, cable is not expose. OSP will be able to used another spare fiber cable and roll all systems. Cable will be repaired tomorrow. ETR is 3 hrs. ETR for the restoration is approx 3hrs.

Le travail sur le terrain tend vers sa complétion. OSP team is on the verge of completing the migration of the circuits on the new cable. You should be starting to see your service getting back up. Work is almost completed.

L'équipe a complété le travail et nous avons confirmé que les alarmes ne sont plus. Pour les clients ayant des circuits ethernet, si c'est toujours hors service vérifier vos ports. Nous avons fait un test en plaçant un "loopback" et les alarmes ont disparu. Si vous expérimentez encore des problèmes. Veuillez nous contacter. Merci, OSP team completed the work.
